What’s happening?

Do this right now

  • Stop all water: no flushing, showers, laundry or dishwasher.
  • Keep kids and pets out of that room.
  • Only an upstairs drain backing up? Likely a house clog. The lowest drain? Likely the septic.

Why it can’t wait

Every flush puts more sewage on your floor. It soaks into flooring and drywall fast, and the cleanup gets bigger by the hour.

Cost

Pump-out $500 for 1,000 gallons, $550 for 1,500. Nights, weekends and holidays +$100, said on the phone first.

How it goes

  1. Call or text

Text a photo of the problem, or call. Either way you get a straight answer.

  2. Hear the price first

$500 for 1,000 gallons, $550 for 1,500. Nights, weekends and holidays +$100. You decide before we drive out.

  3. We pump it and show you

You see what we see. Any repair gets a written price and your OK first.

  4. Letter, then a callback

Written inspection letter with every pump-out. We check back a couple of days later.

If a repair we make fails, half of what you paid for that repair goes toward a new system.

Quick answers

How much is a septic pump-out?

$500 for a 1,000-gallon tank and $550 for a 1,500-gallon tank, with a written inspection letter included. Not sure of your size? We figure it out with you on the phone.

Do you charge more at night or on weekends?

Yes, $100 more on nights, weekends and holidays, and you hear it on the phone before we drive out. No other surprise fees.

Will you just pump it, or try to sell me a repair?

If all you need is a pump, that's all you pay for. If we find a real problem, we show you and price it in writing. Your call.

How often should I pump my tank?

Most homes every 3 to 5 years, sooner with more people or a garbage disposal. Septic 101 has a quick check for your house.

Do I need an inspection to sell my house?

Georgia doesn't require one, but buyers often ask, and FHA and VA loans can stall if an appraiser sees signs of septic trouble. A pump-out with a written letter answers it.

Where do you work?

Homes across Middle Georgia. Call or text your address and we'll tell you straight whether we can get there.
